Returns/Exchanges/Credits

Any personalized items or custom sized handmade clothing items are NOT returnable unless received damaged. All other items may be exchanged or returned (minus S&H fees) for any reason.
Please note that for your exchange/return to be accepted and credited, you will first need to obtain a Return Authorization (RMA#) from us by emailing customer service at ourenchantedchildren@comcast.net.
Please do not return/exchange any items to us without first obtaining an RMA#.
Items must be returned/exchanged within 30 days of purchase and be in unused condition.

Payment

Payment may be made by mail using a money order or by Paypal which accepts all major credit cards.

Shipping

Most orders will be shipped priority mail and all standard items will ship within 3-5 business days of purchase.
Because many of our items are made by individual artists you may find our S&H charges a bit higher than you expect. Remember, if you order several items, they may all be shipped from separate adGirls Clothing throughout the US
and you may receive your order in several packages.
If you are ordering personalized or handmade items you can expect a delay of 5-10 business days
before they actually are mailed out. All other items will be shipped within 3-5 business days of receipt of order. Please see item description for more specific shipping details.
